Resistance Training Bands

These exercise bands are small enough for easy storage at home or in the office draw giving you instant access to all the benefits that these straps can give you. Whether you're using the FlexiBack Office Fitness Program or other modalities, these bands work a treat.

Relieve pain in your shoulders and arms, as you strengthen your lower and upper back and core muscles. Tone your abdominals as you expand your chest. Having a resistive band in easy access is a priority for every athlete, office worker and fitness-conscious person.

Both the light grade and the heavy grade bands allow you to gently work through your own program. Band colour also becomes a visual indicator of how your strength and flexibility are improving as you progress your way through exercises.

Each band is 1.20m long and 15cm wide (1200mm x 150mm)

NOTE: THE GREEN RESISTANCE BAND IS GENERALLY USED FOR LIGHT REHABILITATION WORK, AND MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR GYM AND GENERAL EXERCISE CLASSES/WORK.

ALLERGIES: Be advised this product contains Latex. Latex products are manufactured from a milky fluid derived from the rubber tree, Hevea brasiliensis. If allergic reaction occurs, however mild, wash hands with a mild soap and dry thoroughly.
